How many Wacos will be permissable under Alito?

Personally, I think Janet Reno got a bum rap because she was only in the position a few weeks when she acted on bad information from the FBI. (An intelligence agency dispensing bad information, who knew?} But that's not the point. The point is that the right-wing machinery went into overdrive over Waco and it became a symbol of government abuse of power.

But once Alito gets into office all signs are that he will continue the police powers extended by Scalia. Obviously, the incredibly insular right-wing must be interpreting the Scalia opinions as applicable only to minority groups, but the reality is, that Waco-like experiences are likely to happen if the police state continues.

Why haven't the right-wingers figured this out yet?

WTF? Bad intel? Reno knew there were kids in the compound at Waco and she gassed them then set the place on fire and burned them alive. And anyone who tried to escape the fire was machinegunned down. Why that bitch isn't in jail is a crime in itself.
