I understand how to make your breading mix, but do you mix eggs with the breading mix? Or dip in the chicken breast in eggs (milk) and then coat with the breading mixture?

There was something on America's Test Kitchen where they do one then the other to get a good thick coating.
I think it was a slurry mix then dip in dry portion for double dip thickness.

Ok, so I did soaked chicken breasts in egg mix, then rolled in bread crumb mixture. Once coated, I poured a little of the egg on top, then doubled my roll for extra cripsy outside.

I did 30 minutes at 350`F and they are badass. I will be getting laid tonight, thanks all.
