Anyone want to help us pick out the new front door for the log home we're getting ready to build?

I was gonna say it looked like he was jacking off, but that'll work.
Arch-top entry doors look great. Go with the the deer.

Get the Buffalo!

I don't know if you have ever seen these animals out on the prairie, but they are very majestic in their own way.
I have hunted buffalos for the past 9 years, I'd never go back to hunting deer.

How much do these bad boys run?

Where's the house going to be?? Suburb, urban, country??

IN JERSEY???

ANY of those doors would look like shit, in the wrong setting.

Of the 2 you posted, I like the deer.

If you're into wood carvings, you oughta pay ME a visit!!!

Good friend, is a wood carver...$8- $25,000.00 for a few of his works..

I like them all, and yes the bear looks like he is holding his sack. I checked the sight and the Wolf and Elk would be my first choices. In no particulaer order as if I had to choose, I would end up with both, I am a sucker for that kinda stuff.

Go for the bear, but have a giant pair of cojones carved on him.

How much those go for?

Just looked at his site. He does amazing work. I really like the double doors. I can't imagine what they'd cost though.

This door is $8000.00

I think I'll buy my wife the dream kitchen appliances instead, like the Viking refridge and stove, it's money better spent I believe

The basement in the new house is going to be 1500 sq. feet Jim, I am already planning on using 25 percent of it for my gun room
I'll come out to eat and shoot LOL
I'm buyng a new digi cam to post updates on the building, I think it might be cool to involve everyone here with building the house.
(maybe not?) LOL

I'd say you might want us involved if you're even considering about hanging an entry door with a carved bear scratching his nuts.

That door is also 8 grand!
Even if I have the extra money to buy a door like (and i do ) I couldn't justify it in my mind.
You all know what toys you can buy with 8 thousand dollars.
That's any 50 bmg you want or top of the line monster quad, or a hunting trip to Alaska.
Or putting in radiant floor heat in my gun room and still have enough for more guns
