She is a 6 week old english bull terrier..So far my daughter suggests "Buffy"

update: Well the pup didn't happen cause the breeder in Tx. turned out to be a flake
Were going to Ohio next week to pick up this one:

A " real AKC" minature bull terrier..."Buffy" is out..the name everyone in the family agrees on is "Harper"..unless you guys come up with something better

my philosophy on naming female dogs is to name them after one of the women in my life that I dont like. This accomplishes 2 things
1) you associate the name with a cute puppy instead of a person you dont like
2) everytime she is around, you get to call a dog by her name.

I like human names for dogs.

What about Becky?

I just think it's hilarious when you talk about your dog to someone and they aren't sure if you are talking about a dog or a person.

"Becky pee'd on the floor last night, so I had to spank her on the ass and make her sleep in the other room"
