The "best movie sex scene" thread reminded me of this movie, but I can't recall the name or any of the actors/actresses.  It was rated "R" as I recall.  

Here's what I do remember:

Early to mid- 70's.  High schoolers, mostly football team players and cheerleaders.  The cheerleaders have sex with the football team players the night before a big game and get them exhausted.  Therefore, the cheerleaders need to go to the rival football team and seduce their players in order to exhaust them and win the game.  They miss one of the other team's players and he's making all the winning plays for the opposite team.  Then the one virgin cheerleader seduces him during halftime and they have to drag him back to the game.  The good guys win the game.  The movie ends with the cheerleaders seducing a guy in the back seat of a car while it's going through the car wash.

Anybody remember this one?

Sounds alot like "Debbie Does Dallas 2000" (or was it "The New Debbie Does Dallas"), except it had to do with basketball instead.  BTW they get the bus at the end.

Nope, that wasn't it:

- High school, not college
- Football players, but no robot, no wet t-shirt contest, no skydiving
- It was supposed to be some kind of "coming of age" kind of movie for the virginal cheerleader, losing her cherry to the nerdie football player.

It wasn't a dream and it wasn't porno.

Any other ideas?

The Cheerleaders (1973) Jeannie, a teenage girl attending Amorosa High, joins the school cheerleading squad as a means of finally attaining the success and social independence that was out of reach in the strict household her parents maintain. The liberated attitudes of her new friends becomes all the more evident when they come up with a plan to help the football team win the big game by having sex with everyone on the opposing team until they're too tired to even take the field.

Only 12 hours late.

If I had the time to read this thread sooner I would have said The Cheerleaders too.

It was the first X-Rated movie I ever got to watch.  The fact that it was re-rated R is irrelavant.

Here's the review from the Nitro Video place, it says it better than I could:

"1973's The Cheerleaders is a classic example of the first being the best, if you can call this early 70's sexploitation flick good. I recently capped Cheerleader Camp not knowing it was the third in a series called The Cheerleaders Collection. Someone set me straight, and requested the other two. This is the first, and in terms of nudity, simulated sex acts, natural boobs and bush, definitely the best. :-)

They actually have a two-pronged plot in this movie. Amazing that they bothered with any plot at all, but the storyline revolves primarily around newest cheerleader Jeannie and her personal problem: virginity. Naturally, her new teammates vow to help her overcome this problem.

Meantime, the cheerleaders must show their school spirit by sleeping with the opponents of their football team so they'll be worn out for the game the next day. Only problem: they screw up and sleep with their OWN team as well. Ah, well, mistakes happen.

Totally goofy soft porn is really a well-done example of how it used to be in the politically incorrect 70's, and it's a blast to watch despite being really dumb. It's also funny as hell, with some great examples of classic corn. Eating a sundae, a cheerleader asks "Who wants my cherry?", then as she eats it herself "Too late." "Yeah, by about three years" quips her friend.

In addition to everything else about this movie, you may get a kick out of 70's-era things like the 45 RPM record player, and the pictures of Elvis on the locker room wall. My guess is a good many people that look at my work have never seen a 45 machine in real life.

I'm well aware that the quality of the clips suck, but I couldn't do better. The quality of the print from which the DVD was made had to be pretty bad, but even so, this movie is well worth a look, for historical value if nothing else."



Bottom line:  Pretty funny movie with a lot of sex in it.  Considering that only one or two of them ever acted before or since, they did a pretty good job of acting IMO and as I recall the movie.
