I need four 1/2" barrel nuts. They are also known as t nuts. I've looked all over and can't find any (unless I want to buy 10,000 of them). They're for the bottom of a pool table.. Thanks

You should have no problem finding T-nuts at any hardware store. However, if you have a (don't freak on this comment) bolt &screw supply, that would be better. There is a national chain of which we have one here in Nashville called Scott Bolt and Screw. If that doesn't work, check woodworking supply stores. You may have to go mail order. You may also want to try some local specialty woodwork shops that do custom woodwork and they should be able to help you. Don't forget, in addition to bore, you need length and thread for those nuts.

If you're in the Portland metro area or nearby call Golden West Billiard supply on Johnson Cr Blvd in Milwaukie 503 788-1278, They build tables and have all kinds of hardware, they should have anything you need.

I was going to suggest the Democratic Party, but I see you need nuts that perform a useful function. [:D]
