There is a white guy at work who acts like a sterotypical rapstar black guy.

He says his goal in life is to be a rap-star. He wears funny outfits and talks some kind of strange street lingo. If he had a car I'm sure he would have spinners on it.

I would like to help him to find his roots. Is there any way to help him get in touch with his inner whiteness?

The fact you WORK with him gives him some respect. The fact you call him a white guy acting black might be wrong. I grew up next to an all black 'hood, the 2 white kids that where raised there didn't act black, they acted like everyone else.

Everyone at work laughs at this guy, black or white. I'm his boss, and I never call him by his name, I just call him White Homie, or Honky Homie.

But it is a friendly kidding, we all actualy get along pretty well, and this guy does some hard work.

The black guys at work think this guy is a retard, when one of them heard me call him the Honkie Homie, he said "He's a wigger."

BTW this guy already lives in a ghetto. North St. Louis.

We had a kid like that in Ann Arbor, MI . A 19 year old Self-proclaimed civil rights leader/activist for the downtrodden community. He stopped at a street party uninvited and got killed for trying to dance with a black woman.

Zero, Zip, Nada media attention for an obvious hate crime.

Leave your friend alone. These things have a tendency to work themselves out.
