Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player.Get the latest Flash player. If that doesn't fix the problem, do a hard refresh (press 'F5' while holding down 'ctrl')

That's the problem I am having. I don't even get the toolbar anymore that pops up asking if I want to install Active-X

Buddy sent me some kind of music playlist and computer asked if I wanted to install Active-X. I checked...Don't ask me again and now nothing works.

When I try to install Adobe Flash player I get nothing but red Xs. I went to "Manage Ad ons" and everything is enabled.

HELP!!!!!!!!!

Wife's HP laptop is having similar problems. I suspect a MS update but not sure yet. Any other ideas?

Yep. Which one? Have you tried a different one?

I had this trouble with IE and switched to Firefox with no issues.
