 Flew in last night at around midnight aftera planes/trains. automobiles type trip. Will be leaving out fot Kabul in the AM. Aviator |

Dubai is great!
Many Europeans and Canadians. Hot chicks (obviously not the natives) almost everywhere. Many fancy hotels & restaurants. Clubs too....chicks in bikinis on the beach (yeah, quite the double standard to promote tourism) |

I stayed at the new Hilton in Dubai, had a good steak at the J.W. Marriott's and bought my wife a pretty nice bracelet in the Gold Souk.
That is the extent of my Dubai knowledge. |

I was always jealous of our Canadian counterparts who worked out of Dubai.
We got Doha, which is certainly nice in it's own right, but definitely no Dubai. |

I was there back in '91, I'm sure it's very different now. The one thing I do remember is Radio Dubai.
