Just got notification that my 5 cans of .30-6 M2 Ball Greek HXP shipped from CMP!
I received my SA service grade Garand last week and am in the process of removing all the built up cosmoline.




I feel like a kid again at Christmas!
Handling that old piece again, and the smell, sends me back to when I
had to lug one everywhere I went in training.  I did not appreciate them
then.  Can't wait to take it to the range!!

Hey man, when did you retire, what rate, and how long were you in?
Just wondering from one Coastie to another.  I am currently AD, GM3, w/ 6 years in and hopefully going to do well on the service wide in NOV.
