Hispanics should want their products made in America the same as any other AMERICANS. Lowe's and Pepsi for me I guess, until they jump on the same fucking sellout, bullshit bandwagon. The products I can buy and still live with myself shrinks daily. Relax man, they're just advertising it has real Sugar in it, not High Fructose Corn Syrup. |
WTF in Kileen!!
I was just there last weekend, no where near as many hispanics as the houston area.
Why does it make you sick? They arent marketing toward Mexicans. They are letting you know that the soda is from the Mexico plant, meaning that it was made with real sugar and not corn syrup. You herped and you derped at the same time.
I thought the messican coke was supposed to be better cause it's made from cane sugar as opposed to high fructose corn syrup
Is it really that big a deal?
IIRC, uses actual real sugar and not the fructose crap that is made in the USA. I'd buy it, any day.
some (not all) of the "hecho en Mexico" cokes are made with cane sugar not HFCS... this is the reason Mexican coca-cola is popular

When it comes to Coca-Cola, Hecho en Mexico means it's better. It really does. Kind of pathetic, eh?
I'm so used to the HFCS coke that the mexi coke doesn't taste all that good anymore.
and its way over priced. |
What an OUTRAGE! We should all write angry emails to Coke and Home Depot!!!!!1111!!!!1
Jesus the hand wringing xenophobia among some us is fucking boundless.
$19.98 for a 24 pack!? That is a good deal, around here they sell for about $1.20 each. As others have said, Mexican Coke is the good shit.
I am surprised, you have been a member since 2006 and don't understand how delicious Mexican Coca-Cola is. You disappoint.

Our BULLSHIT GOVERNMENT has destroyed the sugar industry in the US. Research it. Want US MADE Coca Cola? Allow the US sugar industry to operate without the .gov dictating prices. Don't blame Mexico for making better Coca Cola. Don't blame Home Depot for selling a better product than we can make in the US. Learn something about economics and vote correctly. |

I should start my own soda company use real sugar, market to Americans and call it...
Xenophobe

Nobody tell him about Passover Coke or we might incite a beverage hate crime.
Ignorance how does it work?
Hopefully this thread has corrected that. Also I prefer Dublin Dr Pepper because it too has real sugar. |
I hope you understand the extent of your fail now, op. Wrong hill to die on, as previously stated.

Wrong hill to die on. Mexi-coke is the good stuff. 1000000000000000000000000% this! I wish there was a website that kept track of who is selling it. Preach about made in America all you want, but Mexican coke is way way WAY WAY WAY better than American coke. Why? BECAUSE THEY MAKE IT THE WAY ITS SUPPOSED TO BE MADE! |

I did not know this (apparently the only guy on this website). Ad certainly didn't articulate the "real sugar" part. Rant respectfully withdrawn. |

sometimes the yankee shit is not the good shit.
unfortunately much of our domestic food product is intentionally adulterated. Not that coca cola should be considered food..... |

This is not going the way OP intended No it isn't, but I'm in a better mood about it all now. I got told. |

Hell. I can just go to the HEB around the corner from my house. They sell the Mexican cokes there for $1
Better than the HFCS stuff. |
I have seen both Mexican Coke... some say hi-fructose, some say azucar. The only thing in common is a glass bottle.
If you want American soda with all the sugar... Try Dublin Dr Pepper It's just south of Stephenville. |
