Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Heart rate Monitors.

Well on a spur of the moment thing I decided to buy my friend that I am seeing a heart rate monitor for a certain day on feb 14th. Anyways I ordered it and I forgot to notice if it comes with a transmitter? Do they ussually come one. Here is the one I ordered from Amazon.

I believe all Polar HRMs come with the chest strap.  Mine did.
