Ten bucks says this bill goes nowhere. It only has one supporter and has just hit the first committee (Judiciary). I suspect it won't even come up for hearings but if it does I've already got my testimony ready to send in.
BTW, it doesn't ban squirt guns, only makes it illegal to sell to someone under the age of 18. Still stupid. |

All it's going to do is cause the black market squirt gun prices to skyrocket.
Pretty soon the squirt gun runners will be able to buy off the legislature and then the fun really starts. Bad times are a coming I tell ya.
