Didn't bother to look into it, but 20 years old apparently isn't old enough

Been looking forward to it since I first heard of the game back in the summer. Word is the MP is supposed to be similar to BC2 but with a purchasing system similar to Counter Strike for vehicles and weapons. I know several didn't care for the BC2 MP, but it's my style of play.

Plus the story should be interesting, albeit not very original.

At E3, THQ spent a lot of money advertising Homefront. They had a mock 'demonstration' inside the LA Convention Center with about ~100 Asians dressed up in DPRK garb, waving DPRK flags. Was pretty cool, until you notice that the Koreans are too well fed to be from the North. They also had a huge dignitary convoy sporting DPRK flags in the parking lot opposite the Palm restaurant (which is right across from the Staples center)... Even though it was fake, I had the slight urge to key their cars with 'USA'. :-)

Unfortunately, the only swag they were giving out for the game seemed to be DPRK flags. I don't think many people took them up on the offer.

This is made by the Desert Combat team(BF1942 mod) and also Frontlines: Fuel of War.

I bet it'll suck.

If it was made in response to the idea that they could make money off the Red Dawn resurgence.

Well, I'll be dipped!

Here I was all set to post a smart-assed question asking if John fuckin' Milius is directing video games now - and then I find out that he did indeed write this one!

That's kind of cool!

Yep.  If its anything like Frontlines: Fuel of War it is an Autobuy.  Not to put Frontlines up on a high pedestal, but 50 people battles with jets, tanks, apc, uav's and the like is fun!
