I've dropped 60 pounds since September 8th I'm down 94 pounds total since a year ago |
I had lost 15 pounds leading up to the holidays (which was 5 more than my goal).
As of my last holiday party (twelfth night - epiphany) I had gained eight of them back. I'm now back on my diet and expect to be back down to my target weight in a couple of months.

Down over 100. Been on the cancer, heart attack, blood infection diet. Don't recommend it, but it works.
AAR is feeling great, cancer is gone for now, heart's better than ever and I have only a month left on the antibiotics. |
I'm just trying to run 13.1 faster. Race is in a little over two weeks. Hope to be under 1:43.
I am training for a marathon in March so I have been dropping weight pretty steadily as my runs get longer.
I have been intentionally gaining about .5 to 1 lb per week since October. I'll continue for 7 more weeks, and then start cutting.
Happy the way I am. But I would like to put on a few more pounds.
Stayed about the same
But The Doc wants me to LOSE some weight. |
I'm gaining weight... Muscle weight. I've been losing fat since July of last year and putting on muscle since Oct of last year. Down a pant size. Since Dec, I've been unable to lose more weight (165 lbs). I'm up to 175 but still burning my muffin top off. And I'm getting stronger. Been upping weight in my workout consistently. I still have a ways to go. I've got some goals set. Everything is looking good so far.
I've lost some weight. Probably 10 pounds. Not sure why. Tapeworm?
I'm FINALLY below 200 again.. it only took five years. Now I just need to get enough time off work to schedule a sleep study and get the sleep apnea taken care of so that I actually have some fucking energy.

Down 4-5 so far.
Got a new bike and putting on miles - feels great! Goal is the MS150 in April. |
Staying between 173 and 175. Dropped 56 lbs between Sept. 1st, 2014 and December 23, 2014. Nice Christmas present for myself, I must say. :)
Nissen fundoplication at the end of the year, so I was on a liquid diet. Went from 229 to 215 now.
I'd like to lose 10 and get back down to my breeding weight. I weigh 210# but am about 12% bf at 200#. It's hard work when you like beer and wine and whiskey and everything God intended man to enjoy.
No idea, I remember to weigh myself about once every other year.
I'm holding steady despite eating better and working out, had been slacking on lifting for a long time so I'm gaining mass pretty fast, seems like I've lost about an inch from my middle.
Long way to go though I gained about 20 lbs since I quit smoking. |
Down a few due to stress and elimination of morning bear claws. Those were 450 calories of awesomeness.
I gained 10 partially as a result of quitting smoking. "Nibbling/snacking" took the place of smokes.
Now I am at a point that I need to start getting the weight back under control. |
I've been on a diet since after Christmas. Lost about 20 Lbs so far. Still another 20-25 lbs to go. It's really nice, cloths are fitting better, heartburn has gone to next to nothing, energy level is way up. Really ashamed I let myself get this heavy but I'm fixing it.
Mines going down, but only because it went up due to holiday binging!
I really do not each much anymore. Eat when I am hungry and just enough to cure the hunger. I don't understand people who eat according to a clock ..... breakfast TIME ..... lunch TIME ...... dinner TIME. My body tells me when it is time to eat. |
I've been losing weight for several months. Had a rough time around the holidays but I'm back at it now
Up about 8 and trying to no avail to lose so far. Can barely fit into my jeans Damn my wife for filling bowls full of chocolate candy every year during the holidays. My weakness!
Down...
Less time cooking and constantly eating, and running around to eat at other folks place, who offload a shit Ton of cookies, pies and cakes on you. Back to freezing my ass off, and manual labor outdoors, plus my own cooking, and BAM!... I'm working off all that smoked Salmon dip and double Chocolate Mocha Cream cake. I dunno how the shiney shoes crowd isn't even fatter. |
I'm down around 85 lbs in the past 7 months. Steadily losing around 1-2 lbs most weeks and still have a ways to go to get where I was when I got out of the Army. It's amazing what changing your diet can do for you. I pretty much eat a parfait from McDs for breakfast or a yogurt or 6 inch sub and then mostly salads or wraps from Subway or McDs for lunch and dinner every day since I drive a truck for a living and I'm limited where I can stop to eat.
I started the day after Christmas. Down 18-20lbs, depending on when I weigh in. Exercising 1hr every evening, and eating loads of fruits and vegetables. My energy is way up, my sleep pattern is normal again, I'm focused at work. I feel amazing.
If you care how - I watched Fat Sick, Nearly Dead and it made a lot of sense to me, so I did the green juice thing. Not everyone's cup of tea and has it's pros and cons. I already had a juicer and spent no money besides baskets of produce every few days. I went 7 days without eating, and quickly dropped 10+lbs. I'm currently juicing/intermittent fasting and eating one meal a day of good food and still losing weight. By my own choice I eat no red meat, no dairy, few breads (maybe 3 days a week). Protein from chia seeds, fishes, hemp seeds, and vegetables. Fat from nuts, avocados, fishes. Carbs from, well, vegetables. Currently it looks like it'll be a long way to lose another 20lb, but it's happening. My maintenance plan is to just keep eating good stuff and not go back to greasy burgers and pizza every damn day. 2 months ago I would have punched a man for telling me I would swear off meat and drink vegetable juice... but after doing it, I feel like a beast. I can work a full day, come home to play with my kiddo, and then hop on the treadmill for 3 miles. I've been fat since I was in gradeschool, and I'm tired of it. |
Up, and even further up tonight as I hit up White Castle for a few double cheeseburgers that I washed down with a sack of fries and chicken rings.
