You've mixed the two up, he probably had standard mags instead of low capacity.
The P22 only has 10 round mags available unless you get a replacement follower which gives you up to 13. |

Neither. His bullet hoses were belt-fed and he had a can strapped on each arm and two on each leg to feed 'em. Really. Plus the military-style, tactical hammer in his pocket, in case all else failed.
