I went to get some Form 4s signed yesterday and when I was getting printed, the Deputy was running late for lunch said "just put your name on it and sign it and fill it out later"

I fucking put it in the envelop and mailed it off without filling it out with the rest of the info.

FUCK!!!!!

Anybody ever done that? How bad did it delay you?

Never done it, but I will remember your misfortune and avoid the same mistake when I fill out my Form 4 in a couple weeks.

Well, I saw the Form 4 that said "Zombies" as the reason. And I remember someone's suggestion to put down, "To waste motherfuckers"

I always have another approved Form 4/1 next to the one I'm filling out to make sure I've filled out everything. I probably go over the form like a dozen times to make sure it's all there.

Dammitt....shit!

I even have an added paper from the Sherrif saying those are the best possible prints and my dumbass forgot to fill it out.

I was also doing SBR paperwork but filled those out, but those go to a different place.

Damn I hope it doesn't delay it too bad.

At least I can laugh now. I realized that I didn't fill it out while I was hog hunting last night. Pissed me off so bad that i just walked back to my camp and started drinking.

I'm still waiting on it, it was 3 months before they got back to me

I sent in the correct print cards on 30 September for 2 C&R's and a SBR

I called just before CHristmas and they said they were about 4-5 months out

They have been really busy

I put an extra 0 in my serial number on my First Form 1..had to correct and send back...then the examiner sent me her version to correct and send back...then the examiner sent me my version again as a keeper..just got done with that this week...took about 3 weeks total

I've had to go through a lot with this particular gun to get it the way I want it so it was a bit of a pisser...now that I look back on it it doesn't seem so bad

I called today and my super awesome examiner is still trying to get the paperwork resolved. She sent another email to the dude with the stamp to see if it will fly or not. If I would not get in trouble I would sent her a bottle of scotch for the trouble I have caused, but I doubt the "zombies and pigeons" will make it through unaltered.
