I may have asked this in your prior thread so forgive me...why the milk in your morning shake and not the MCT's that he recommends?

EDIT: Heavy Cream

No, but it still kind of looks like you're using the 4 principles he outlines as important in the book as your morning start.

Here's what I use, just make sure to read the label as this company has 3 or 4 sitting next to each other with varying levels of sugar added. This one lists the only ingredient as coconut milk.

EDIT: Holy giant picture Batman!

The company is called So Delicious

I've always gone between bodybuilding.com and affordablesupplements.com, with Bodybuilding.com having taken the lead in consistent lower prices on just about everything. Throw in there constant buy 2 get 1 free deals... Can't beat it.

I think ALA, Creatine and ZMA are on the 2-1 deal last I looked.

I tried fiber in my shake, and it made it gritty. What brand are you getting?

[Not Hank]

I'm using Metamucil clear and natural or some such nonsense. Haven't noticed any grittyness

[/not hank]

I was using the Target brand stuff (UP&UP, I think), currently on using Kirkland/Costco stuff. Neither seem to affect texture.

Princess and the pea fiber?

I tried Equate brand.

That was the only one they had that was tasteless. Guess I'll look at another brand.

So Thor gets honorable mention, but Tyr and Oden don't?

What about Freya?

Not sure if you've run across supplementwarehouse.com but I've used them fairly consistently for almost all of my supplement orders. They will price beat by 5% any website on the the net. If you order in bulk their shipping costs are pretty damn reasonable. I typically order about 3 months of supps at a time from them.
