Wouldn't you agree? Moist, flavorful, only one bone and cheap. When it starts to dry out, take it off the grill and dunk it in hot sauce, then put it back on the flame for another 5 mins.

Thigh is my favorite part. Fried, BBQ'd, whatever.

okay, wait, buffalo wings. I LOVE THEM. when there are 30-50 of them in front of me.

Big difference between eating 2 thighs mashed taters and cole slaw and eating a bunch of wings.

When sitting down and eating a part of a chicken with sides, I love the thigh the best.

I've been enjoying the thigh myself lately. KC style barbque sauce has been my flavor for recent grillings.
