I am remodeling my home (1800)sq/ft


Have a mid range lennox A/C Heater


Question 1:

Is duct cleaning a scam?


Question 2:

I am planning on installing my own UV sterilyzer (sp) above the cooling a frame, Is there anything to watch out for in terms of the heat from the lamps.  Also I can't remember what type of bulb is required to prevent ozone formation


Question 3:
Return air whole house HEPA filters, any reccomndations on a good brand that will not over/under charge the main blower?
