Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - HTC radar will only send dictated text messages when at home. How do I fix it?

My HTC radar will not send text messages by voice, only when typed. After dictating the message, the phone will make a noise and run through a bunch of letters and then finally say that it could not connect.



It
will send dictated text messages when I am at home. If I unplug my wifi at
home, it will not send dictated text messages.  Is there a setting I need to change?  I am new to smart phones (obviously).
