Fox News now saying race is a DEAD TIE. Not good for a wartime incumbent.

I don't hold much stock in polls. You can skew them anyway that suits your fancy.

I'm a little worried too.  All you can do is go out there and vote and hope for the best.  And pray that America isn't as dumb as they seem to be on TV.

Hey DrFrige, chill out.

Frige, chill, I crack myself up.

Seriously, this is scary. And who the heck are these "fence sitters" I keep hearing about? How can you not have already decided in an election as polarized as this one?

They only represent 1.5% - 2% of voters.  That means that there are maybe five of them total.

I won't be able to watch the news election night. Too much tension.

No way is this country going to elect a flaming liberal from Massachusetts, especially one so effete and haughty.  It just ain't gonna happen.

Normally with a weekend poll a tie means the Republican leads by 4-8 points.

I hope this is true.

They won't.

But that won't stop Hanoi-John from "becoming" President.

Don't listen to anyone else.  Vote November 2nd and let it go.

That's all you can do.

This pre-election trepidation is nothing.

Wait until after the election, when the DNC and their 10,000 lawyers attempt to seize the presidency via the courts.

Even Fox says their numbers are probably fucked.

Read this and relax a bit.

One last thing:
Get out and vote on Tuesday!

It is.  HiramRanger's been saying that for weeks (Months?) and even the more "Honest" 'heads on TV have said as much.

Maybe I'm wrong but I "think" this (Touting the closeness of the election) is just another way the dims can run right up 'till Tuesday looking like they're still in the race.

Now, if I could just start feeling good about the FRAUD factor.  THAT'S got me worried more than the week-end polls.

Two words: Bill Clinton.

1.  Bill Clinton presented himself as a "New Democrat", not an old school flamer like Kerry and his super liberal voting record. After the Democrats got their asses kicked in 1994, he basically adopted the GOP position and did everything they wanted, in order to keep his poll and job approval numbers high.

2.  Clinton wasn't haughty or effete.  He was down to Earth, charming, was a good speaker, and had heaps of charisma.  Kerry is none of those things.

3.  Most importantly, there's no Ross Perot or his equivalent sucking votes away from Bush.

Well, it looks like the Redskins are gonna lose today...but Bush will win big on Tuesday, breaking the 68-year-old streak...

ETA: Damn...the Redskins came damn close in the 4th Quarter, though...but their 43-yard TD was nullified by a penalty (Illegal Motion)...Green Bay intercepts on the very next play and goes on to win 28-14...looks like that streak is over, because NFW Bush loses, unless the Dems get away with massive voter fraud...even then, Bush should bag 300+ EVs and preclude the kind of bullshit we had in 2000.

W in '04!!!

I was watching Foxnews the other day and they had a couple pollsters on. They said they have to make 30 phone calls on average to get just one person to answer thier questions.  I think most of the Republicans are working and don't have to time to waste on answering poll questions. democraps on the other hand are home living off thier welfare check and have lots of time on thier hands.

No problem.

By the way, I probably should have mentioned that I own stock in several pharmaceutical companies,   a couple of which specialize in high blood pressure reduction medications.

I never answer questions on the phone.   The demographic that does, obviously doesn't have a healthy level of paranoia as one of their traits.

There is one more thing you can do.  Now mind you, I am not a church going man, but I believe in prayer.

I suggest several prayers in fact.

First pray for the lord to help the people see through the bs and vote for Bush.

Second pray that the Lord will help the election officials catch the a-holes that are voting illegaly.

Third pray to the Lord that he will take our nation under his wing and deliver us from the liberal/socialist scum that has been wearing down our great nation since at least WWII.

I usually don't get selfish with my prayers, but I am making exception on this one.  This is for me and for all of us.  I want one nation under God.

I think we are going to win this one, but with the Lord on our side we can't lose.

I think these so-called 'fencesitters' are nothing but fucking attention whores who are squeezing every last drop of fawning attention that they can get out of either political candidate, the media, and all the voters who are trying to sway their decision.

They either already know who they're going to vote for, aren't going to vote at all, or plan on throwing a dart at a wall on Election Day morning to figure out who they'll cast their ballot for. They just revel in the attention that they get from making people think that they are an 'undecided voter.' They just do it to make some lame attempt at having everyone believe that they are imbued with some sort of moral/intellectual superiority because they're 'weighing their choices so judiciously, and won't take such a decision lightly.'

In short, they're fucktards.
