I had no luck Googling, so I am hoping the brilliant minds of Arfcom can help with the following movies and book.
The first is a book, and its actually written in cartoon/comic book format. Its based on a Jewish family hiding from the Nazis in WWII, and each group of people are represented by a different animal. The Jews are drawn as mice, the Nazis as cats, the French as Frogs, and the Americans as dogs. What is the name of this book??
Next is a Clint Eastwood movie, and all I caught was a brief portion of it (less than ten minutes). Its one of his older movies, and may be based right after WWII. Eastwood's character is at a very formal dinner with a rather attractive woman. The female is discussing something, and is being very negative towards Jewish people. Eastwood eventually goes in to a story about another woman, and calls her the "damndest, ugliest bitch he has ever known", and goes on with the "damndest bitch" tirade for quite some time and ultimately directs it to his current female guest. What is this movie? It was actually on TV today, but I cannot recall the channel.
Finally, the last movie may have been an HBO movie, or even a made for TV movie, I am not sure. Anyway, it involves the Nazis and SS before (or at the beginning of) WWII. The higher ups are all sitting around a large conference table, and they are discussing who constitutes a Jew, and who would be exterminated based on their "Jewish" portion and family ancestery. This is pretty much the movie, their discussion of who would be killed. Any ideas??
