I have a SEAK with a tack-welded brake on a threaded muzzle.  What the best way to remove this abortion?

I depressed the detent and unscrewed the brake with my bare hands. No shit, the small weld bead didn't penetrate into the barrel.

I'm using a dremel cutoff wheel.

I used small files to take off the weld bits on the bayo lugs.
