The savage destroyers of gold aside. I am starting to agree with the guns are the devil sentiment. I find them, or rather the future aquisition of them quite distracting. I already own all of the guns I could ever actually need to shoot just about any game or defense or target situation that one could imagine. All are practical and all work well for me. I however find myself mystically drawn to them as though one might get away from me, even though I will never need it. The latest craze for me is blue and walnut doubles. I have since New years, aquired to O/U shotguns and a side by side with external hammers. Now I am drawn to double rifles but in the meantime the SxS is sufficing as a slug gun. I find myself venturing to the range in my Land Rover with Safari hat and demanding that my children refer to me only as Bwana while there. Guns are indeed the devil.
