LOL at Gunmaker.

Eta: why have manufacturing in WY but headquarters in TX? Seems counterproductive.

Yeah, because moving a company of that size is totally easy.

Sad to see them go. They warned the government that this would be among the price they'd pay if they passed these laws. I hope the democrats are happy about losing jobs and tax revenue for a law that does nothing to promote public safety.

AWESOME!

Add Beretta to that announcement as well....nothing better than giving liberal states the finger and moving to a more gun friendly state

Good, but I don't think it will have any affect on the liberals. I think they are too out of touch with business and finance to even notice or be able to figure out what's going on.

Two CHinooks in a row, now we need CFII to post.

When The Obama's immigration reform kicks in and a majority of those Mexicans become voting Americans (in name only) then Texas will be one of the bluest states in the Union.

Glad to see Magpul make the jump, but when I read these articles of manufacturers relocating to more friendly states I can't help but think of the Titanic, we've already hit the iceberg, the bow is going under and everyone is running to the stern trying to delay the inevitable, my hope and optimism that we can hold back the water is quickly leaving...

Seems a bit odd to move from a liberal state to a liberal city. Austin leans WAAAAYYYYY Left.

2012 Election - Austin, TX 60% Obama, 36% Romney

good points both of you.

sometimes i wish we could move all of them to their own country so they could fuck it up on their own without involving the rest of the free citizens. tho i'm sure the crime rate would be pretty high cos none of them would be allowed to protect themselves...
