Isn't it great what they waste taxpayer money on.  Not only did they lose some of the suits, they plan on appealing and wasting more money.

The Antis are operating on the premise that they only have to win ONCE to establish new case law.  We, on the other hand, must win EVERY time to be successful.

They're operating on the theory that they don't have to win ever if they can drive all the manufacturers into bankruptcy through legal fees.  They can't get the laws passed to outlaw guns, and they can't get courts to hold manufacturers responsible for the actions of individuals, so they're trying to put the companies out of business through a large number of lawsuits.  I think it was HCI who stated the goal of creating so many lawsuits that they'll go out of business whether they win or lose.

There's gotta be a way to turn the table on these jokers.  Personal lawsuits? If HCI is truly "Inc." then they can be sued out of business like gun manufacturers.

Any ideas?

It really costs next to nothing to bring a lawsuit, it is the defense which costs money.

HCI should be ripe forvarious lawsuits, can someone get ahold of their tax returns?

Anyone know if HCI (or whatever it calls itself these days) is a 501c(3) tax exempt org?

If it is, there would be a possible avenue for a lawsuit.

Too bad that the Mfr's couldn't counter-sue for harrassment when the court cases get dismissed. Could help deter junk lawsuits.

Here's a thought... what if one of these cities, states, municipalities actually won a case? Where would the LEO's and military get their firearms if they all bankrupted?
Those Mfr's who sell to the LEO's in the areas whom are sueing the Mfr's should have a dual price list. On one side, show what it would cost to supply firearms to a certain agency. On the other side, show how much they would have saved per firearm had they not been trying so hard to run them out of business (costs associated with legal fees).
