As an ex-US Army Ranger, I have flown with the Golden Knights Parachute team, trained for Jungle Warfare with the DEA, been taught to shoot by both the Army and the US Postal Inspectors Office and I am an avid hunter and shooter.
So now I sell hi tech computer software to people whose names I can't pronounce. They say, "Do what you love and the money will follow". I don't believe it, I think they pay big bucks for the jobs that are difficult and worth paying big bucks for.
However, I am curious. How is the "weapons/defense" industry in general? Are gun manufacturers just trying there best to make ends meet and keep the lawsuits from shutting them down?
Here in Illinois, 4 of my gun shops/ranges have been shut down. Should I steer clear and stick to just shooting on the weekend?
Here's me and the boys, I am the non-jumper in the green
I hope they are all OK, last time I spoke with them they were eager to get back to the "theater"
