Did you try Google? I mean, I typed in Gruen Watches and there was a shit load of info. Are you looking for first hand arfcommer experiences?

Dad purchased one for 40 bucks and band for 60 on boat back from Korea 3 months after war stopping. 23 jewel high quality "gold" evaluated at 250 by jeweler when he got home. I assume it is worth a little more now as it cost 500 to bring it back to snuff back in the early 90s. Great quality watches. German company I believe. Not to be confused with "Die Gruenen." (German Green Party) I purchased a close out in mid 90's for less than $50 bucks for a $250 retail watch my mother still wears.
