Pretty much everything he says in that speech is correct.  We should back him unconditionally with the Chechens.  

There's something about this guy that demands respect, and he actually seems like and honest, stand up guy, which is saying alot for a Russian Pres.  He's ex-KGB, not some mafioso scumbag.

I have always liked him, trepidatiously(sp?) at any rate.  I think we will now have The Bear with us in this thing.
