Some sorta optics ,6 pos,coll. stock, matbe aimpoint,eotech, dont know alot about the good optics, any suggestions wil be greatly aprreciated.

You'd be well suited with either the Aimpoint or EOTech, both are very fast on target and very durable. IMO, the question comes down to which you like - the ring around the dot, or just the dot. You'll definitely want a flat top. Also when you're comparing prices, keep the price of an Aimpoint mount in mind. |

Congrats on the new Bushy! HOO-RAY FOR BUSHY'S!!!
Big +1 on you'll want to have a flat top. After 4 A2's of various configurations (M4gery, 20", 16"x2) I'm officially done buying A2 uppers. Flat-top/carry handle from now on for this kid. NOW GO SHOOT!!! (But it's like 0-dark:30!!! Sooooooo??? That's what God invented tracers for  )

A great rifle Hydrashok. I have 2 Bushmasters myself. I outfitted one with and EOTECH 512 AA and ARMS #40 BUIS. They work like a charm for me.
Have a literal blast. You're going to love it. |

BUIS = Back Up Iron Sight ARMS = Manufacturer #40 = Model # I tried both the GG&G BUIS and the ARMS #40. I gave them equal opportunity on my rifle and the ARMS model won my personal preference. So I sold the GG&G. Granted, the latter was not bad at all - just my personal preference. |

Of course, with your upper, you won't need a BUIS. You'll have to buy a special mount for your EOTECH, however.
I sold my upper and put the money toward an M4 flat top from Georgia_Precision. I have one with iron sights and the other one mentioned above. ETA - BTW, I bought every single component, from top to bottom, from Idustry Partners who support this site. |

Your next mod should be loaded 30 rnd mags....lots of'em  I got my first Bushmaster part (M4 upper) a few months ago and I absolutely love it. No problems at all - just as good as my Colt was if not better! Have fun |

There's an ARMS gooseneck mount you can get that will allow you to use an aimpoint with that set up. It's not the most favored whiz bang set up, but should work fine. Sometimes you can find used aimpoint gooseneck mounts pretty cheap on the equipment exchange. That and a light and you'd have everything you need in a carbine, in my opinion.
I don't think you need to worry about any of that stuff for now, though, go shoot afew thousand rounds through it and have fun. That's a fine gun just the way it is right now. |

hydro,itf it were mine,i would leave it exactly as it is.light simple and effective.if you want something with optics,first save up and get yourself a new(to you) upper,flattop.then start modifying it.i have an EOtech on mine and love it,but i want a simple a2 style upper with nothing on it.like i said light simple and effective.maybe we should trade uppers.
