I'm selling a scope of mine with rings for $300.  Someone just offered me a Ruger P89 DC 9MM for the scope and rings.  Here are the pictures and info he gave me:
"I have a really nice Ruger P89 DC 9MM I would trade for the scope and rings. I have the box and all paperwork. Comes with 2 Ten rd. mags."

On Ruger's site the MSRP on this is around high $400's.  The problem is that I only saw them selling for around mid $200's on gunbroker.  So here's my question.  Would I be able to turn around and sell this gun for $300 or more?

If you would not keep it, no. It is worth 300 but I think you would sit on it for a while until you found a buyer

Unless you're an FFL, I wouldn't go around trading for and then selling guns. Bad JuJu.

I wouldn't unless that is a weapon you really want. I would just sell the scope and buy a sig or something with some more money.

If you want to sell it, no.   If you will take a gun that is built like a tank and will shoot and enjoy it, yes.
