Nothing like having back up sights for your other back up sight on a shotgun. Never know when you'll need all that extra rail space to hang more crap on.

Puting AR parts on firearms other than AR's is getting ridiculous.

picatinny on a shotgun?

What you guys may be missing because you "aesthetic style has been offended, is the consummate controlability of the 870 with the straight back recoil in the AR stock. It reduces muzzle flip a LOT and makes follow-up shots much faster.

Personally, I don't like the VFG but I've never tried it, either. I know I am totally comfortable with my regular fore end. Then again, I was happy with my KISS 870 until I had it mounted in a straight stock. Now, I would not go back.

If you have never used a shot gun with a red dot, you don't know what you're missing.

Tapco called. They want their 870 back.

Whatever trips your trigger, I guess. Though they probably added 4lbs of weight to that shotgun. I could see paying 450 for it, but not 800 bucks.

If anything, it is worth the value of its' parts. Not much beyond that.

Didn't you die after mixing pop rocks with soda pop?

AR carbine stocks on anything other than an AR (yes, listen Sig fans) is uber ghey.

Best thing about a shotgun is light weight and pointabilty. All that junk defeats that pretty well.

Am I the only one who clicked through to the $1800 Stag Arms Sniper System AR15 with the 3-9 X 40 scope topped with a red dot for CQB?

He needs to mount an 870 under it.

Talk about a solution to a problem that doesn't exist. I especially like the BUIS.

I'm pretty sure that the stock adaptor/rail system on that shotgun was designed by an Arfcommer with MUCH imput from Arfcom.

Ohhh baby

If I owned that I would be a real Operator(tm)

That looks like a 14 year old "Soldier of Fortune" reader built something from airsoft parts

Obviously not popular opinion, but w/o the vfg and eo, i like it.

I am pretty sure I remember Russel (sinstralrifleman) first was posting about building the conversion to use in 3 gun.

Sometime around then a canadian guy (argonut?) came along and started putting the long rails on a similar conversion he built.

Dunno if they were the first.
