Ok they get there way, and more then 10 rounds are taboo.
We all have 30 rounders that we lost boating.
Now we must revert back to less then 10 rounds. I say we all buy Garands, only 8 rounds.
It helped win one war, and sometimes in war you must give ground to win.

I think we are done jumping through hoops any more infringement is no longer Constitutional. I for one swore to uphold the Constitution.

Minor problem with that idea.
The CMP AKA the only place someone should buy an M1 from is currently out of stock and isn't expecting to have any more before October. Nevermind that they will have carbines but those will surely be labeled as a child killing assault weapon with their removable magazines and all, and some of them even have a bayonet mount, and and and and......

I've got my 1 Garand and a case of ammo in bandos ready to go though.

Maybe I'm being overly optimistic, but I think we've gained A LOT of steam since '94. I'm not worried about a ban in the near future.

What about SCOTUS ruling collective rights? God I hate that, it makes no sense, governments have powers not rights.

Let me guess, you have some Garands to sell us?

Sorry but we don't have to give an inch, make them fight for every last bit. I want more people to turn out  like Pg Face(Rosie O'Donnel) and become so depressed and just plain give up on the idea of gun control.

Exactly! Hell, it took years to get concealed carry passed in Ohio. I did my part by going to over 7 concealed carry walks and collecting at least 100 sigs. I know personally that I called the governers office at least 200 times. Freedom doesn't come easy.

Damn straight. I just read Thomas Paine's biography by Craig Nelson again, and boy does it strike you when you hear him speak over 200 years ago about the cost of patriotism and freedom. He nearly lost his life on every continent, jailed in Europe, and scorned throughout much of his life, but he never quit writing, believing or fighting for his ideals.

Shit, half this forum wouldn't be caught dead with a non 922r compliant part on their guns. What brave souls we all are.
