Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Getting a photo out of a video file

Does anyone know how to or what software to use to play a digital video file, stop it and edit a frame out for use as a photo?

Any idea what that photos quality would be like? I need to do this and add the photo to a web site.

Just pause the video on your screen, hit "prtscn" (usually found near the F12 key) and paste it into photoshop.
