Gentlemen,

Getting a new pistol as a graduation gift to myself.  I cant decide between a standard USP with factory night sights and a USP tactical.  This is planned to be a 3-gun / camping gun.

I do not plan on buying a suppressor in the future, so is there really anything better about the tactical besides the match trigger?

Since this is going to be a 3-gun / camping gun, I would rather have night sights over the adjustable sights of the tactical.

I think I can come out cheaper getting a standard USP w/ night sights and have a match trigger installed under the price of a new tactical.

Thoughts?

The Tactical has a factory threaded barrel, doesn't it?  That's a plus if you're gonna buy a suppressor for it later, although buying a threaded barrel for a standard USP can't be that hard or expensive.

HK Tactical

the Match trigger makes it worth it over the stock one imo

h/w, if you can get the stock cheaper w/ match trigger, get that one

The tactical also has the O-ring gasket on the barrel.  Other than that sounds like you have all the pros/cons down.

USP Compact 45.

Or wait for the new HK45 coming out.

I say the Tac. You get a match trigger and suppressor capability. You want a suppressor [waves hands in a hypnotic motion].
