Mongolians use poo for fire... If you want authentic you have to use poo too.
 That said, Mongolian BBQ is good stuff.

Just got back and I have to say it was pretty good.
I expected it to be a little more formal like a Japanese steakhouse and the bowls could be a little bigger. Once I got the steak and chicken loaded up there wasn't much room for the vegetables. We'll give them another shot I think. |
