Educate me on ow this works. I've got a Ruger Lite that would love a suppressor.

Basically, this is the paperwork you will need to form your trust. They will ask you all the information that you need, and basically walk you through setting up the trust. This works great for Form 1's. A trust is a great option for folks where the CLEO will not sign off.

I think this place just does fill in the blank trusts, every trust is the same and they just type in your name and address. This is different than attorneys drafting trusts for people in states where they are not admitted to practice, which is a violation of their state ethics rules and is a crime in the state of the person they are drafting the trust for.

This is tempting; but what do you have to do after you buy one of these online trust?
I know you give them your information and they draft them, but then what?
Do you have to submit them to your state or file them somewhere? Any additional cost with that?

I paid a premium that but I get to talk to an attorney and have someone who stands behind it.

I look at it this way, I'm not taking chances with ATF regulations and debating a few hundred bucks doesn't make sense when I'll spend thousands on class 3 items.
