I was talking to one of the cops about the Kimber 45 he was carrying, and noticed the he was wearing a pride pin and asked him about it.

I didnt think that departments were letting any officers carry a single action pistol. Thats interesting especially for a department as big as a So. Cal one

I had a "friend" who got his kicks by slapping pink triangle stickers on cop cars in Madison , Wi..... there was a lot of stink going on because the chief of police was a lesbian , people were not against it , actually it was in the media because there were cops saying that it is why she got the job.....

LAPD and prolly LA Sheriff actively recruit gays at gay pride events, one of the highest ranking LAPD guys is a open gay guy, who is under investigation for sexual misconduct that alleged to have happened in the 70s.
dont know why people are pissing about this, we had a BULL DYKE running things at the top of the federal level. anyone remember "torchy" reno? LAPD and Sheriff all carry smith autos or berettas, and i believe long beach PD carry the same. dont know who is carry 1911s, outside of SWAT. |

I don't have an issue with a LEO being gay, I do have one with chosing him cause he's gay.
The best person for the job should get the job. What they are doing is discrimination. Wonder how many hertrosexuals will lie and say they are gay just to get a job? |

Well, a bunch of us at the Fire Department just had a bumper sticker made up that says "HONK IF YOU SUPPORT GAY COPS" and next time the captain on the dept who is also a cop comes to a meeting while on duty it is going on his patrol car.
We already got him him with a huge one that said "DEPARTMENT ASSHOLE"! |
