A little over $2.00($2.04)for super in NY (Westchester County). It has been that way for about a month and I expect it to go up to $2.25 at select stations during the summer peak.

It's as much of a scam as insurance, gun laws, and organized religion!!!!!! Sounds like they want to hit the $3.00 a gallon range by summer............ and guess what, it probably will!!!!

When I first got here in the DFW area, it was around $1.32 for reg. That was only 1 1/2 mos ago. Look at it now!!!!

1.89 per gallon, The cheap stuff. This in a small (15k) city in Wisconsin, mind you. They are talking 3.00+ in Chicago for the summer... What can we do? We have no leverage.

You know, it sure seems like all this talk about $3.00/gallon gasoline is their way of priming us for it. Whether or not it should be three bucks is moot; if they can charge it, they will. Anyone have stocks in petroleum companies? Looks like another record breaking quarter for them.

Get yourself a Sam's Club membership. In my part of Texas, they have a self-serve gas station that sells the cheapest gas in town. When I filled up yesterday, it was $1.42. Hope that with this price, you can keep your nuts and shaft as well as your other less important extremities. [;)] |
