Anybody read this?

I've read some of his other stuff to my son.  What's the story with this one?

IIRC, he saved his cash as a kid and bought a .22 when he had enough.

My son has read a lot of his books.

This one is definitely slanted towards an anti gun point of view.  First he portrays a gun nut as just that, a low life transient gun nut, and then a gun just goes off and kills a young boy.

I asked my son if got the message and he sort of acknowledged it.

I just keep becoming more infuriated about these not so subtle messages people are to trying to infuse my children with.

Hell, my son's own history text book summarizes the 2nd Amendment as a right that guarantees states the right to have a National Guard.

Gee to think that I know more about history that the PhDs that wrote the friggin book.
