Started selling this at work
I guess I am just a big cynic after 20+ years of new "super bullets" every few years

Extremeshock Fangface , MAG-SAFE , Glazer , black/white Rhino , Pressed metal , thermo ballistic DRT , etc etc
115gr .40 S&W @ 1095fps

162gr 45 acp @960
doesn't sound really impressive IMO snazzy needles do not override physics
and it sounds like they got Batman to do their voice overs

All I shoot in my defensive weapons are Hornady XTPs.

The only exception to that is the .32 ACP I keep as a BUG. That's loaded with plain old cast lead.

I love how in that video there are close ups of ballistics jello showing only like 4 inches of penetration on the main mass of the round and all the 'trocars' being maybe 6 inches deep

They need one with a motor and high-speed drill bit on the tip. That will improve the "hole saw" effect.

For those of you with friends that believe this shit..... Show them the twist rate of the barrel. Say a 1 in 9 barrel. Ask the, if the bullet will ever spin faster than 1 full rotation in 9 inches. If so, what external force is there adding momentum, once the bullet leaves the barrel.

Then ask how there is really any "hole saw effect" in a human body, if it would accomplish at BEST, 1.5 rotations, which is not even possible because of the friction of the flesh against the bullet .

Then smack them in the side of the head, give them a mouth guard and football helmet , then send them to the nearest special ed class for lacking thinking skills.

Only part of the bullet actually penetrates. The little sharp pieces break off and go on their own short little wound channels at angles to the main wound channel. It works exactly as designed, but the reason for it to be designed that way makes no sense when we already have bonded JHP that expands AND retains its mass.

Most of the third party testing I've seen shows the main core as penetrating fairly well, but since the mass is less than a .380 fmj after the petals shear off it makes absolutely no sense. It's like a 5 wheeled car. Sure it works and does what it was designed to do, but nobody knows why the hell it was created in the first place.
