My furnace was not working right. Repair gy just left. Heat exchanger has some cracks - some pretty bad, and is covered with serious rust. Burners are clogged with carbon. Blower bearings are shot - been making noise for a while now. He showed me all the stuff so I know he's not jerking me around.

My furnace is at least 10-15 years old. He recommended just replacing it.

So what do you guys recommend. BTW, I'm on PROPANE because I'm way out in the boonies. No other gas available.

TIA
