Depends on which way you look at it!
Viewed from the North Pole our planet does rotate counter clockwise but viewed from the South Pole it rotates CCW. Edited to guess Venus. |

either neptune or uranus spin on their 'side'.. i forget. mars and mercury are normal, like earth. (mercury has an 80 day orbit time btw) |
