WTF, everyday some new crap gets thrown onto the taxpayers lap. I bet Dearborn will be included into this "program" as well. Help the poor my ass, this is all about votes and power.

I know down here, alachua county, throughout summer ANYONE 18 or younger could go to any school to get breakfast & lunch..... For free.... Heard the commercial from the school board on the radio at least 3-4 times a day letting people know.

My County had a grand for free breakfast to everyone for one year.
 I just filled my parent folders with free lunch forms. Not reduced. FREE. |

For shits sake, these are kids. I would have no problem giving them free meals when they are in school. I bet that many of them would be going hungry if not for the free meals, especially in Detroit.

It's not just Detroit. The kids in my school district qualify too. Over 40% of their families qualify for public assistance so everybody gets it. They had free breakfasts & lunches all summer too.
