Yes, you read right, I have discovered frangible slingshot ammo.  Anybody can make it.
Instructions:

1)  Put 1 Gobstopper in slingshot
2)  Draw slingshot
3)  Aim at hard surface or a cat if preferred
4)  Fire
5)  Watch for fragmentation

Get a bag of marbles.  And a propane torch.  Hold a marble in a pair of pliers and heat with the torch until barely glowing.  Drop it into water.  THe ones that stay together will also be quite frangible but more effective on animals.
