Police are investigating after four people were shot Friday afternoon at a gun shop in northeast Kansas. The shooting happened about 2:10 p.m. at the She's A Pistol store in Shawnee, a suburb of Kansas City. KCTV reports four people were shot, and three of them are in critical condition. |

From this live feed four people tried to rob the store. The female owner was punched in the face, her husband, and 3 of 4 suspects were shot. The store owners husband and two of the suspects are in critical condition, the third suspect is shot but not critical. All four of suspects are in custody.
Hope the store owners husband makes it through ok. |

The police say the two suspects that fled were shedding clothes along the way which helped the police track them.

Somehow I had an idea that this was a robbery.
Of course, the Media-Entertainment Complex will simply say "guns.... people shot" and exclude the situation under which it took place, since most people can understand and agree with defending one's self and business against robbers, and might even sympathize with a gun store owner trying to prevent scumbags from "liberating" however many guns to the criminal marketplace. |
|
Dang, prayers for the husband. Hope the injured perps succumb to their injuries and the others get life in prison.

This not a bad area, nice middle class, KC Star now states five shot.

Praying for the owners. I'd say pretty damned good shooting too.
Nobody needs TEN bullets!!!! |

Holy shit... Speedy recovery to the owner and hopefully severe blood loss for the perps.

Yep, whitebread suburbia if there ever was such a thing. Wouldn't doubt if the suspects hailed from KCK. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

Maybe, but the way they did it, punching the woman in the face and all that, definitely sounds like ghettos trash of some type. Since I live on the MO side, I'm going with Wyandotte County, probably Quindaro or Parallel Pkwy area. |

12 ga inside a small store like that spells colostomy bags and coloring books for the bad guys.

But one thing is for sure, its weapons grade stupid to try and rob a gun store. Prayers for the Husband. |

Now the KC Star states four shot, guess someone was un-shot, I know I saw five because I read four on Arf and thought this is an update. |

Other than chain sporting goods stores I have never ever been in a gun store where at least one person behind the counter isn't armed. To walk in and try to rob one is weapons grade stupid. Its not a question if shots are fired, its how many.
Prayers out for the owner. I hope he makes a full recovery, the shit heads in critical die and the last shirt head gets a felony murder conviction. |
|
Someone in the comments is claiming that the owner's husband passed away.
|
|
I'm sure all of the perps had just started turning their lives around, and were all aspiring rap artists who never did anything violent like that before.

I don't know about out there, but here all gun shop employees are armed. Nobody would dare try to commit suicide.
