I'm filling out my form 4 and all the associated paperwork for a .22 suppressor and I have a couple of questions.  First, what/how should I list as my reason for being fingerprinted (i.e. weapon transfer, NFA transfer, etc...).  Second, I have made photographs of myself with a 2x2 in cutout that shows a frontal view from my collarbone/shoulder up.  Will this suffice?  Should I glue the photo to the form?  Thanks,

Thanks Steve.  I'm getting a "Millennium" can for a Ruger MKII from Mark White at Sound Tech Silencers in Birmingham, AL. [url]http://www.soundtechsilencers.com[/url].  He does an internal threading of the barrel that doesn't require a thread protector nor do you have to relocate the front sight, it's pretty cool.  Regards,
