Yet another topic that's both fascinating and creepy. Forensic scientists have the ability to determine what someone actually looked like from their remains, due to universal anatomical details such as the thickness of tissue over specific areas of the skull. Now for your entertainment, I now present to you some faces from the past. These are not facsimiles. These are the faces of real people, like you and me, except that they lived out their lives hundreds or even thousands of years ago. It's like ghosts are looking at you. Plus, it's a sobering reminder that we're all on this Earth for just a very short while.

I would like those guys to be given a random skull from a person that they had an actual picture of and see how close they really get. Even the Neanderthal girl looks better than half the women in Montgomery county, NC.
