Something went bad in the waterpump.  Tough Vulcan engine still cranks and I can drive it around the block...though it doesn't sound pretty.

Mine blew a head gaskets and I got it repaired. 2 months later it did it again. If I were you I would just cut my losses and sell it for what you can get out of it.

That sounds like a botched repair.

Done right (which includes checking the head for cracks and flatness, proper torquing and re-torquing, etc.), a new gasket should last a long, long time.

Buying a Chilton's manual and tackling this job.  I can take my time.  I have Plan B.

If youve never done anything like this hit youtube. The head needs machined true.  Its not that bad of a job.
